Likir, Alchi and Kargil Tour Overview

An Apricot flower festival is being held in the Union Territory of Ladakh this April to showcase the beauty of apricot flower.
As the spring season arrives, it brings with it a perfect opportunity to explore the beauty of nature. This year, from April 13th to 22nd, Ladakh is hosting the Apricot Blossom Festival, a feast for the eyes and the soul.
However, the blooms have a short lifespan, so it is advisable to capture their splendour while they last. These blooms make for excellent photo opportunities & are a must see for all nature enthusiasts.
The Ladakh Tourism department is organizing this festival, providing tourists with a chance to experience the region’s culture and traditions. The comfortable and pleasant weather in April makes it an ideal time to indulge in outdoor activities while enjoying the beauty of the apricot blossoms.

Apart from the natural beauty of the blooms, the festival will also offer an array of vibrant cultural programs, showcasing Ladakh’s unique and colorful heritage. The festival is also an excellent opportunity to shop for locally made handicrafts, which are always an exciting feature of the Apricot Blossom Festival.

The festivities are not just limited to cultural activities, as local vendors will be selling an array of apricot products, including jams, dried apricots, juices, and wine.
